Michael Fassbender has praised his Dangerous Method co-star Keira Knightley after admitting he found her impressive on set.
David Cronenberg's A Dangerous Method sees the actors portray psychiatrist Carl Jung (Fassbender) and his patient psychoanalyst Sabina Spielrein (Knightley) who have an affair during the course of her treatment.
Fassbender spoke about his co-star and on-screen lover and told BangShowbiz at the premiere of the movie at the London Film festival: "She's beautiful, amazing, she's very impressive."
The actor also discussed how he prepared for the role and revealed he treated his part like a piece of music.
"I just sort of read the script and read it over and over and over again, because this script is very dialogue heavy, and that is pretty rare these days in film and so I spent a lot of time with it," he added.
"It's so articulate, it's got its own rhythm, it's got its own beat so I just treat it as a piece of music and just kept working on it."
Also starring Viggo Mortensen as Sigmund Freud, A Dangerous Mind will be released February 10, 2012.
