John Travolta tried to book a table at a KFC in West Sussex, England last week.
The Grease actor got his representative to call the fast-food restaurant on Friday night, reports the Daily Mail, but they were turned down.
According to the KFC staff member, he was not blinded by the actor's fame and money but regards all customers the same.
"To me, customers are customers, no matter who they are. It doesn't make a difference if someone is famous," they said.
They also added: "The lady who called didn't give me her name, she just said it will be for a Mr Travolta. That threw me a little bit. I thought it might be a load of nonsense, but she seemed pretty serious."
But it sounds as if the staff member is going to get in big trouble, because a spokesperson for KFC has said that they wished that they had looked after Travolta.
"In hindsight, of course, we would have reserved a table for him. It's not every day you get a Hollywood star eating in your restaurant," said the spokesperson.
