Hugh Jackman has recently revealed he was embarrassed after filming a sex-scene with Jennifer Garner for their new film Butter.
The Real Steel star described the experience as 'one of the most embarrassing things he had to do' and admitted he was humiliated when he had record his audio for their love scene.
During an interview with the Huffington Post, Jackman said: "I did probably one of the most embarrassing things I had to do on a movie set, or funny anyway. We have an off-screen love scene, Jen and I, and it takes place in the back of a car, you don't see anything."
Directed by Jim Field Smith, Butter concentrates on an adopted girl whose butter carving talent pushes her to enter the town's annual contest and compete against an ambitious local woman.
Jackman continued to describe the discomfort of the love scene between him and his co-star: "We had to record it in a car. The director, in the driver's seat, and the passenger's seat had the sound recorders. It was stationary because it was in the showroom. And we were doing it at the same time, which is one thing, but then the guy said, no, this is not going to work."
"And so, we both had to kind of perform our version, in character, of sex while the other one is quiet. And it was impossible not to be laughing your head off while the other person is doing it," he added.
"That was humiliating... Guys never sound good during sex. It's impossible to sound good."
Hugh Jackman is also currently working on the adaptation of Victor Hugo's 19th century novel Les Miserables, alongside Anne Hathaway, Russell Crowe and Helena Bonham-Carter.
