Nicole Richie has had a boob job, according to a report.
Sources close to the socialite tell Us Magazine that she wanted to improve her bustline for husband Joel Madden.
"In the past, she said she wanted a lift, though we never thought she was serious," said an insider.
Another added: "She's been open about it to friends."
Richie was snapped with a fuller figure last week whilst holidaying with friends in Mexico.
The first source noted that "the pregnancies took a toll. She said breast-feeding killed what boobs she did have!"
