It looks as though Charlie Sheen is keen on letting bygone be bygone following reports that the former Two And A Half Men actor has agreed to an out of court settlement with Warner Bros.

The actor decided to slap Warner Bros with a $100 million lawsuit earlier this year after getting sacked from his role as Charlie Harper.

Although details of the settlement will remain confidential, contactmusic.com reports a statement from Warner Bros, stating: "Warner Bros. Television, executive producer Chuck Lorre and Charlie Sheen have resolved their dispute to the parties' mutual satisfaction. The pending lawsuit and arbitration will be dismissed as to all parties."

The actor, who has turned his life around, seems to have no hard feelings for the show, telling the audience at the Emmy awards last month: "I want to take a moment to get something off my chest and say a few words to everybody here from 'Two and a Half Men'.

"From the bottom of my heart I wish you nothing but the best for this upcoming season. We spent eight wonderful years together ... and I know you will continue to make great television."

We're glad its all settled...
