Eva Longoria has revealed that she no longer speaks to her ex-husband and sports star Tony Parker.
The couple, who got married in 2007, split up last year when Eva found hundreds of texts from another woman on the basketball player's phone.
Asked by Ellen DeGeneres whether she and Tony still talk, the Desperate Housewives star replied: “No.”
The actress, who is now happily settled with Eduardo Cruz, brother of actress Penelope, also revealed that she never had time for herself in her marriage because she was always having to travel to see Tony's games.
Vowing that she would never get into that sort of situation again, Eva said: “For me, being a woman, I realised you cannot identify yourself through a man or through your marriage...or through a partner, I think it's our nature to be socially constructed that way. To just be inferior or subservient and you don't have to be.
“You can be yourself and really hold your own by yourself no matter what partnership you're in.”
