Hugh Jackman Returns To Broadway

Wolverine star Hugh Jackman is set to return to Broadway in a 'one man show' to perform some of his favourite musical numbers.

The Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway show will see the actor live on stage for two months and performing selected songs which reflect his film and stage career, reports CBC News.

"I can't believe it's been seven years since I was singing and dancing on Broadway," Jackman said in a statement. "There is nothing like performing on the Great White Way and I'm so excited to be coming home'."

Jackman's new Broadway show has been described as 'a personal selection' of the star's favourite musical numbers and is set to open for preview on October 25 at The Broadhurst Theatre in New York.

Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway will be opening officially on November 10 and running until January 1st, 2012.
