Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez have called time on their romance after year together.
The couple's conflicting schedules meant that they weren't able to squeeze in their joint workout sessions or romantic getaways, so they decided to pull the plug even though Rodriguez just cashed out for a new $24 million lovenest in Miami.
A source close to the 36-year-old Yankees star told Us Weekly, about the split. "They broke up recently," the insider said. "She's very busy with her career. And he's had injuries and wants to focus on his game. They're dedicated professionals."
Cameron and Alex will probably still be friends (who knows if they'll be ones with benefits), and there isn't too much drama surround their split.
"They're still very friendly and like each other," the source says. "He has an enormous amount of respect for her."
That's a shame - we thought these two fitness bunnies were cute together...
