It has been reported that Cheryl Cole and her estranged husband Ashley Cole have had to cancel the romantic and private holiday they had planned due to the fire at Sir Richard Branson's Necker Island home.
According to the Sun, the couple were planning a get away to the billionaire's lavish home but have had to change their pans after the fire which destroyed the home this week.
A source revealed: "Cheryl and Ashley were due to go to Necker Island but obviously that's out of the question.
"They do have other places they could go for a short romantic trip away though.
"It is only going to be a very short trip due to Ashley's football commitments."
It is thought that the pair are giving their relationship another go, despite divorcing a year ago. An insider told the paper: "They have been spending a lot of time together and the next logical step is a trip abroad, just the two of them.
"Ashley feels like he's really making headway, even if Cheryl is still reading him the riot act. He wants her back and that's that."
