Cameron Diaz's boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez is already a dad to two daughters but it looks like Cameron has got plans for more!

The actress was on the set of her new movie, What To Expect When You're Expecting wearing a prosthetic baby bump and looked like broodiness had kicked in!

The actress was photographed gently cradling her faux bump and we reckon it's likely the 38-year-old is thinking about babies of her own!
