Yesterday saw the world go into shock as reports began to surface claiming that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were separating after 1-years of marriage.
But luckily the I Am Legend star has released a statement slamming the report which originated in InTouch Weekly.
The actor said: “Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumours circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact.”
The statement followed Jada's denial of having an affair with her Hawthorne co-star and newly separated Marc Anthony.
Her spokesperson, Karynne Tencer said: “All the rumours regarding Marc Anthony and Jada are false. Completely untrue.
“As for [the reports of a split between] Will and Jada, I'm not commenting on their personal life.”
A representative for Marc Anthony said: “We unequivocally deny this. Enough is enough. There are families involved, children involved, friendships involved. This is NOT true.”
And he was not the only one to wade in. Will's son Trey from his first marriage also took to Twitter to deny the rumours, writing: “Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE .. NOT TRUE AT ALL !!”
He later added: “Did #WillandJada split? No they did NOT split ! False information ..its not true RETWEET!!!”
It is not yet known if the couple will take legal action against InTouch Weekly.
