She's always looked ageless, managing to look exactly as she did in 1998's Something About Mary for the past 10 years. Until now that is.
Cameron was snapped getting off a 5 ½ hour flight from Miami to Los Angeles earlier today and looked a little worse for wear.
We're wondering whether her extreme fitness regime has taken it's toll on her. After all, a little meat on your bones does keep you looking younger and at 38, Cameron's no spring chicken.
