The world was in shock when Arnold Schwarzenegger and wife, Maria Shriver announced their split earlier this year. Then our jaws dropped to the floor when we heard why the pair were splitting. Arnie had fathered a love child with the family's housekeeper over 14-years ago. Whhhaaat?!
Understandably, Maria filed for divorce and it was thought she could land around £155m in the settlement.
However, Arnie's not playing fair and is allegedly asking the judge in their case to refuse her request for spousal support.
According to TMZ, Arnie's lawyer Bob Kaufman filed the papers at the Superior Court of California and both parties have filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Arnie has requested joint custody of the couple's two minor children but has asked that Maria pay her own legal fees.
We have a feeling this could get nasty...
