Last week saw the news break that Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were ending their relationship after 7-years together and now more details about the split are emerging.
Reports have suggested that the On The Floor star worked hard to save her marriage for the sake of the couple's two children but couldn't cope with Marc Anthony's 'antagonising' behaviour any longer.
A source told E!: "She tried so hard to make this marriage work.
"She put up with - and kept putting up with - Marc's controlling ways, which had been going on for a long time, and she was really trying to make the best of it.”
They continued: "He would micromanage their lives together. He was all over her all the time and I know she tried very hard, and for a long time, to act like it didn't bother her, but I know it did. A lot.
"He would hover over her, and it was almost antagonising. She couldn't breathe."
