Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey wed on a tropical island on Friday evening in front of 35 family members and friends.
The couple flew their guests to a surprise location for the secret ceremony, their reps confirmed to People.com.
Vanessa said: "Nobody knew where they were going" and Nick added: “Our wedding invitations were in the form of a plane ticket. We told them they were going away and the attire was ‘island chic.’ It was all very vague.”
The bride wore a two-piece Monique Lhuillier outfit with an embellished lace corset, a silk faille hand tufted skirt and a tulle veil, while the groom wore a Dolce & Gabanna suit.
Their ceremony was filmed for TV, and the TLC special Nick & Vanessa's Dream Wedding will be shown in the US on July 30.
Vanessa, who got engaged to Nick in November, said: "For us, this is just a stepping stone to do what we ultimately want and that’s to start a family together."
