Jennifer Lopez's indecisiveness could land her out of a job after reports have revealed that the bosses at American Idol have already been looking for her replacement.
With Jen still um-ing and ahh-ing about whether she should return to the show for it's eleventh season, it is thought that the producers of the show are keen to get started on finding someone else if Jen decides to quit.
Despite her successful stint on the show, many can't understand why Jen hasn't said yes straight away, with reports suggesting that her husband, Marc Anthony may have something to do with the decision.
However, according to PopEater, insiders reckon Jen is holding out on returning to the show because she wants a pay rise.
Speaking of the possibility of replacing Jen, a source said: "Likewise, Idol didn't fall apart when Simon left and Jennifer has to get some of the credit for that. But let's also remember the show didn't increase in ratings and that is also thanks to J.Lo."
Confessing that Steven Tyler was the star of the show and not Jen, the source continued: "Right now the star of 'American Idol' is Steven Tyler. Everyone thought after Simon announced he was leaving that (Lopez) would fill the void. How wrong were they? It's all about Steven, who's already signed on for season 11.
