According to People, the pair were spotted looking cosy on a night out with friends at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont.
An onlooker told the mag that the pair were very "touchy-feely," adding: "At one point, he had his hand on hers."
However, they added: "Olivia was very cool and wasn't fawning over Jake but seemed to like the attention he was giving her."
It was reported that the pair left separately at the end of the night. Are they just friends or are sparks flying?!
