It was reported in The Sun today that Matt Lucas and David Walliams would be parting ways and no longer writing as a duo.
A friend told the paper: “They still get on but as far as being working partners is concerned, that had ground to a halt. They both wanted to do completely different things. Neither wants to be defined by the partnership any more. They want to be known as more than those guys that do Little Britain.”
However, Matt Lucas decided to gain control of the situation and respond to the reports on her Twitter Page. He wrote: “Some Tweeters assuming that because we are doing our own shows at the moment, me and Dave have split up. Sorry to tell you we haven't!”
