Whenever show’s like Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor invade our TV sets we all instantly become expert judges and shout our comments at the telly.
Wayne Rooney showed that he is no different to the rest of us when he tweeted his thoughts throughout the live final of BGT on Saturday night.
At one point he even tweeted Piers Morgan (the banter between these two can be quite fiery at times) saying: “To be fair to u piers judges not great this year. Think Mkintyre is a bit scared of cowell.”
This seemed to please Piers who thanked Wayne…and then had a little dig about his recent hair transplant (how could he resist?!): “I think you and me should judge it together next year Wazza. Especially if you've got hair like Rod Stewart by then.”
To which Rooney replied that the judging: “couldn't be any worse”
So, who was Rooney backing? Little Ronan all the way, tweeting: “Roman defo won bgt. What a voice for his age. Talented lad (sic).”
Moments later he tweeted again saying: “Sorry meant ronan. Respect little man. Great voice.”
