Yesterday afternoon, news broke that the juges line-up for the UK version of the X Factor had been confirmed.
With Simon Cowell, Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue out, it was time for the X Factor execs to get their contacts books out and choose three celebrities who would be willing to not only listen to some amazing people but also listen to wailing and screeching hopefuls who believe they have a voice that could rival Mariah Carey's!
So, please step forward Kelly Rowland, Gary Barlow and Tulisa Contostavlos...(Louis Walsh is the fourth judge but he's also part of the furniture, he's been there that long)...
Having had amazing success in Destiny's Child, Kelly is best known for being Beyonce's right had woman, as well as having a equally successful career as a solo artist.
Gary Barlow may have gone to hide under a rock when his band Take That broke up in the mid-nineties, but the singer and songwriter is back because not only has he reformed with his bandmates, he's gone on tour with them!
Despite not having had world wide success with her band, N-Dubz, Tulisa, her cousin Dappy and their friend, Fazer have still managed to make it into the top ten with hits, including, Number One.
And well, Louis Walsh, he's been on the show as a judge since time dot. Having won the competition with Shayne Ward, the star is also manager to some of UK's most successful boybands.
Without further ado, meet the new judges for the X Factor UK...
Kelly Rowland: Most of you will recognise Kelly as one third of uber successful and popular American band Destiny'Child. Having had hits such as 'Say My Name' and 'Bootylicious', the star went on to create a name for herself as a solo artist, a career that has proved to be successful with her dance themed songs making it into the top ten.
