Baby Boy Joy For Marion Cotillard

French actress Marion Cottilard has given birth to a baby boy.

The Inception star gave birth to Marcel in a Paris hospital last night (19th May).

The 35-year-old is going out with actor-director Guillaume Canet, and she set tongues wedding about possible wedding bells when she was recently spotted wearing a diamond solitaire ring on her engagement finger, although the couple have yet to declare if they are actually betrothed.

A friend told People magazine: " [Marion is] very happy. Mother and baby are fine."

Marion won't be resting for too long, as she is due to star in Christopher Nolan's final Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises, shooting for which has already begun, with the film set for a July 2012 release.
