Oh dear. Having already called fellow Apprentice hopeful, Jim Eastwood "manipulative" and claiming that Lord Sugar "got it wrong" for firing him, Alex Britez has carried on digging a hole for himself by calling Lord Sugar "blind."
Very clever.
Speaking to the Metro after failing to win over Lord Sugar, the estate agent, who was accused of sitting in the shadows during the two tasks so far, said that the business mogul will have no success in finding a business partner from this year's show, if he carried on with his "no bull" approach.
The 28-year-old said: "When you say “I’m not going to suffer any fools”, it can create a precedent that’s not manageable. If you go in that hard you can sometimes miss the wood for the trees."
Labelling Alex as "nothing more than a good talker", viewers saw Lord Sugar telling Alex last night: "The thing that is worrying me is that if you get lost and think I'm going to do all of the work you can forget it, that's not going to happen", before saying "you're fired".
Despite blaming the whole world for his exit, Alex did finally admit that he planned to keep his head down for the early stages of the competition.
"Seventy per cent was bad tactics by me but I never banked on losing the first two tasks. We’ve all said we won’t stop at anything and sometimes ethics and morals go out the window."
