Despite having had years and years of experience in running a successful business, including hiring and firing of staff, It looks as though The Apprentice hopefuls still think that Lord Alan Sugar has no idea what he's doing.
With the first Apprentice reject, Edward Hunter claiming that his firing is Lord Sugar's "loss", Alex Britez, who was fired on last night's show has now said that Lord Sugar "got it wrong" with his decision to fire him.
Speaking to DigitalSpy about his exit from the boardroom, Alex said: "In no way am I being ungracious. I understand that the process is about Lord Sugar putting everyone under scrutiny and his final verdict, but we had a PM who made the major decisions on the task and was in the boardroom for the second week on the trot."
Alex, who was criticised for not doing enough in the task also supported the claims made by Glen Ward that project manager Leon Doyle behaved like a "chicken" in the boardroom.
He added: "You have got to be, whatever else happens in this process, true to yourself. I think if he is being labelled a chicken now, that's his own fault."
