Former X Factor judge, Sharon Osbourne has revealed that she thinks Cheryl Cole will have no problem winning over the US audience of the hit show.
Cheryl has just flown over to Los Angeles to work with vocal coach, Bob Corff to ensure that the US viewers will be able to understand her thick Geordie accent.
Sharon told The Mirror: "Americans won’t understand a bloody word of unadulterated Geordie.
"But with a little help - and those gorgeous Bambi eyes - she'll win the audience over. Cheryl will be great.”
She added: "She needs to know what she can and can't say, but after that it'll be plain sailing. And she has Simon's full backing so she will be just fine, no matter what."
Reports have suggested that Cheryl an Simon Cowell will quit the UK version of the show and Sharon thinks it is a likely move, revealing: "Cheryl and Simon Cowell are the only two confirmed for the US X Factor so far. They won’t be doing the UK show, I’m pretty certain.
"Simon's going to decide at the last minute who he wants to complete the panel, but Mariah Carey's still in the frame."
