Elton John And David Furnish Slammed Over Baby Flat

Elton John and David Furnish only announced the birth of their son by surrogate last week but they've already found themselves facing criticism.

According to reports, the pair bought their newborn son, Zachary a £1.3m flat next to their Los Angeles home which will be fully furnished and staffed by nannies.

The Sun has reported that fans of the star have criticised the couple for the decision, some even going as far as to say the couple are treating their  son as a 'fashion accessory'.

A source said: "Some horrible mail suggested Zach was a fashion accessory and nothing more to them.

"The boy having his own flat didn't help. But Elton and David just want the best for Zach from day one."
