Katie Waissel has apparently forgiven fellow X Factor finalist Matt Cardle for angrily referring to her as “a fame-hungry tw*t”.
The painter and decorator last week lashed out at his controversial rival, who he believed had leaked a false story that they’d slept together to the press.
Matt branded the story “bullshit” and claimed they were no longer on speaking terms.
But according to Katie, it’s all blown over now.
“Me and Matt are fine now,” she told The Sun. “Everyone gets hot under the collar sometimes. We're getting on really well and it's going to be OK.”
That's all very well, but we get the impression that Katie lives firmly on Planet Katie so we’d love to get Matt's take on this!
