The former couple looked as close as ever as they chatted and shared a hug between takes on the Gossip Girl set in NYC on Monday.
Blake even presented her ex with a giant chocolate cake for his 24th birthday!
Blake and Penn reportedly decided to end their three-year relationship in September, but the break-up only became public last week.
If only more famous exes could be as grown up as these two!
