Not even the curvy beauty's usual generous application of slap could hide her pimply break out as she exited a NYC eatery after dining with her pal Ciara.
To be fair, Kim has celebrated her 30th birthday about six times over the past week so perhaps it’s no surprise her skin is suffering.
We'd still like to see her rocking a more natural look in the future...we think it would suit her. Do you?
