There can’t be that many teenage girls who would turn down the chance of a date with Justin Bieber – but was Miley Cyrus one of them?
That’s the claim made by the National Enquirer (yeah, we know), who reckon that the 16-year-old pop sensation tried to woo the Hannah Montana star, who is one year older.
Apparently, Justin waited until Miley had split from Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth to make his move – but was left nursing a broken heart.
“Justin truly believed that he could win Miley,” a source told the tabloid. “He feels women all over the world of every age want him, so why not Miley?
“When Miley and Justin sang Overboard together, he kept reaching out to put his arm around her.
“Justin flirted up a storm with Miley and tried some slick moves to draw her closer every chance he got. But Miley never reciprocated.
“She told Justin that she’s used to dating older guys and she looks at him as a little brother. He was crushed.
“Justin thought he was in love with Miley. Seeing her happy again with Liam is tearing him up. He’s devastated.”
Justin and Miley just doesn't seem right somehow - possibly because Miley seems about twenty years older than baby-faced Justin. What do you think? Would they have made a good couple?
