While everyone else is getting their fangs in a twist over how true to the book the Breaking Dawn birth scene will be, Kellan Lutz is taking a more light-hearted view.
In fact, the actor – who plays Emmett Cullen in the Twilight saga – has come up with the perfect way to defuse the tension during the potentially very gruesome sequence.
“I think they should show it and have Emmett in the background laughing,” he joked to E! News.
We agree that the audience may be in need of some light relief after seeing Renesmee bust out of Bella, but we doubt director Bill Condon will go for it…which is a shame really…
Turning serious for a moment, Kellan adds: “I love the way that they’re showing it.
“I really thought that was going to be really a tough thing to show.”
We can't wait to find just how they do end up showing it, without or without Emmett giggling in the background!
