Despite spending 13 days in prison just last month, Lindsay Lohan is back there again having clearly not learnt her lesson!
The actress was out of prison for less than a month before she failed one of her recent, mandatory drugs tests and has been punished accordingly.

According to GossipCop, Judge Elden Fox denied the stunned actress bail, meaning she will remain in custody until her formal probation violation hearing on October 22.
As Lindsay was driven away to Lynwood jail, her mother Dina was snapped leaving the courthouse carrying a bag of her daughter's clothes.
The star's estranged father Michael was also on the scene; he held a press conference outside court after the sentencing, blaming his ex-wife Dina for "destroying" his daughter.
