Former Hills star Spencer Pratt has worried us with his erratic behaviour for a few years now and after splitting from wife Heidi Montag, things went downhill...
And now the reality TV 'star' has been arrested in Costa Rica on a firearms charge. However, it is his explanation of the incident that has us shaking our heads in disbelief.
In a statement to MTV News, Spencer said: “As part of my spiritual cleansing I've spent the last week living alone in the jungle, reflecting on my past transgressions, and working to become a better person. I had to live off the land, and hunt to survive.
“As I departed the country this morning to continue my spiritual journey, I mistakenly brought my hunting weapons to the airport. It was an honest mistake, and they sent me on my way."
Most worryingly, he said: “On an unrelated note, I'm not allowed in the country anymore — but that's because of the chicken incident.”
Now we're not sure what we're more worried about. Spencer's general mental well being or ever finding out what exactly the chicken incident entailed?
