The actor has sued the company for failing to deliver a $300,000 trailer to the set of his new movie, Abduction on time and now the company's director has asked the actor to settle out of court.

And how did he suggest they could do that? By challenging the star to a push-up contest of course!

Brent McMahon denies putting Taylor out and has offered to pay the actor £40,000 in damages if Taylor can beat him to a push-up challenge.

We're not sure that Taylor will take up the offer, although any chance to see him working out is fine by us!
