Tiger Woods is embracing his new bachelor status by buying a new apartment in bustling New York City.

According to UsMagazine.com, the disgraced golfer who has recently finalised his divorce from Elin Nordegren has moved to downtown Manhattan and was spotted "introducing himself as the new neighbour."

We don't know about you but if you're going to be a bachelor after six years there probably isn't anywhere in the world better to do it than New York.
