Sandra Bullock's ex-husband Jesse James has gone public with his new girlfriend, celebrity tattooist Kat Von D in a recent day out in  Austin, Texas.

The inked couple were spotted holding hands as they strolled down the street near Jesse's home in the city on Sunday.
