Lindsay Lohan has only been out for a couple of days and her friends are already worrying about the possibility of the actress relapsing.

A worried source revealed to People: “Lindsay says she's determined to stay sober and focus on work. (But) it's too soon to tell what will happen. We've seen these moments of 'purity' before, but as soon as she gets a taste of the nightlife and the drama, she usually falls back into old habits fast.”

Another source commented that the troubled actress, who was spotted driving around LA early on Thursday morning: “doesn't like staying put and she doesn't like being bored. She needs to be constantly stimulated; it's not uncommon for her to be up texting from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. The people in her life are on a constant roller coaster.”

However friends of Lilo don't need to worry because Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley said:

“She is serious about her sobriety, she looks forward to proving to the court ... that she's moving forward in a positive manner....This is a new beginning for Lindsay Lohan.”

Lets hope Lindsay stays on the right path from now on.
