Uh oh, is taylor Lautner getting all Hollywood on us?! The Twilight actor is suing a trailer company claiming 'emotional distress' after it failed to deliver the RV in time.

The 18-year-old is currently shooting his new movie Abduction and reportedly hired a $300,000 trailer to stay in whilst he was on set.

However, the trailer went missing and didn't arrive on 21 June when it was required.

Taylor is suing the company, claiming breach of contract and fraud as well as demanding unspecified damages for the incident which caused him 'annoyance'.
