Heidi Montag is seriously annoyed that her soon to be ex-husband, Spencer Pratt is threatening to sell a sex tape featuring her.

Heidi took to her Twitter account to vent at Spencer and even called on former BFF Lauren Conrad, admitting that she'd been right to call Spencer 'sucky'.

Never one to take things lying down, Spencer hit back at Heidi saying she needs to 'grow up'.
