Uh oh... Has the pressure of Hollywood and being in the limelight finally got to teen star, Miley Cyrus?

Miley has recently caused controversy by vamping up her image for her new album, Can't Be Tamed. A departure from her former Hannah Montana good girl image.

And now, according to Sugarscape, Miley is considering getting a boob job in order to change her image yet again.

A source said: "Miley is intent on getting a boob job, and she's insisting her parents sign the consent forms, which is required since she is still 17."

They continued, saying that Miley and Liam Hemworth is also under strain, with Miley still in contact with her ex-Nick Jonas.

They added: "A part of [Liam] thinks [Miley] wants Nick back, and whenever they get into a fight, Nick is one of the first people Miley Cyrus text messages to talk."
