The American Pie actress partied with her ex-fiance Micheal Axtmann at a boat party in St Tropez.
And by the looks of things the couple's relationship might be back on.
Tara spent the evening sat on Micheal's lap as she puffed on a cigeratte.
It seems as though the actress has given up on her healthy lifestyle after spending 60 days in rehab on a cleansing programme.
Either that or Tara felt she deserved a day off to let her hair down- and she certainly did that!
