Robert Pattinson has been photographed with a cut hand on the set of his new movie, Water For Elephants.

Despite most of the filming being completed, Rob is filming reshoots on the set in California and it loks as though he has been injured in the process.

Perhaps the actor got bitten by a lion? Or perhaps it is make-up for one of the scenes? Either way he doesn't look too put out by the injury.
