Simon Monjack died from acute pneumonia and severe anemia, the same two causes of wife actress Brittany Murphy's death.

British screenwriter Simon was found dead in the couples marital home just five months after the death of his wife Brittany.

Coroner Assistant Chief Ed Winter told CNN that the reason for Simon's death was "Just like Brittany."

Simon's family have requested that another test will take place before the full autopsy report is released.
