With Harry Potter filming all wrapped up, some of the cast will be at a loose end, but not Tom Felton who plays Draco Malfoy.

The actor has signed a record deal with indie label, Six Strings Production and will record and release his own album!

The label tweeted confirmation of the news: "Tom Felton has signed and the album is very much on its way."

Tom recently spoke of his music, saying: "I'm a keen musician. Me and my mates have a great times jamming and recording stuff.

“We have a great band behind us and have turned my nursery-rhyme songs into quite credible pieces of music. But you definitely won't see me on the broomstick with a guitar."

According to the Sun, some of Tom's early demos sound like a mix between McFly and The Kooks. We're interested to see what he comes out with!
