What the heck is going on with Spencer Pratt?! We're not the biggest fans of the reality TV star, OK so we can't stand the vile little beggar but we're beginning to worry about him as that is exactly what he's starting to resemble. A beggar.
Spencer had the dastardly plan to crash The Hills wrap party but it looks as though it didn't quite come into fruition as no one gave a shniz that he was in the vicinity, let alone in the hotel itself.
However, turning up anywhere looking like a grubby Father Christmas will grab our interest, especially if at one point you were considered a VERY minor celebrity.
