Former Spice Girl Mel B really showed that she really is a Scary Spice after it was alleged she had an estate agent beaten up after getting him mistaken for a paparazzo.

According to the Sun, Amado Aguirre claims he suffered a broken hand and neck and back injuries after Mel's husband Stephen Belafonte and one of the couple's employees attacked him.

It has been reported that the incident took place in December of last year as Mr Aguirre took photos of Mel's property which is was due to value.

He is suing Mel for £633,000 compensation, £230,000 damages, £66,000 for loss of earnings and £23,000 to cover medical expenses. Ouch.
