Kristen Stewart has shot to fame as Bella Swan in the Twilight Saga but she's not one to rest on her laurels and has been filming other movies outside the franchise.

Following on from the success of The Runaways, Kristen was busy promoting her new movie, Welcome To The Rileys at the film's premiere on Friday.

Kristen plays the role of Mallory, a teenage prostitute and told People that "the subject matter was a lot sadder and emotionally distraught than I've ever had to deal with.

"It's sort of the lowest of the low that I've ever had to go."

When asked if she was worried about what her Twihard fans will think of her new film, the actress said: "Luckily Bella wasn't my first part.

"I've had the chance to really get comfortable with keeping true to why I do what I do, and I can only do it this way. I'm proud of myself – so if other people aren't, that's totally cool."
