50 Cent has shocked us all by posting a photograph of himself on his Twitter page, looking completely unrecognisable.
The rapper, who is known for being incredibly muscly has lost over 4 stone for an upcoming film role where he plays an American football player who suffers from cancer.
The film is called Things Fall Apart and 50 revealed on his official website that he “lost 54 pounds for it" and was “starving."
