Mel Gibson is known for having some mouth on him and at times that has overshadowed his acting talents. But now it’s his relationship grabbing the headlines.
The Braveheart star has split from his 39-year-old Russian girlfriend just five months after she gave birth to his daughter Lucia and one year after his wife of 29-years filed for divorce after finding out about his affair with the Russian musician.
According to the Daily Mail, the couple have ‘drifted apart’ and a source told People: “They are both working hard on their careers and trying to raise a sweet baby together. They are still friends and they will both raise Lucia together.”
The couple have been living in separate homes despite having a baby together so the split is not too much of a surprise. Mel is living in Malibu and Oksana Grigorieva is living in Los Angeles, almost an hour and a half from one another.
Last night sources claimed that there was unlikely to be a custody battle between the couple.
We wonder if Mel will go crawling back to his ex-wife..?
