Getting a tattoo of someone you love might sound like a good idea at the time but not when you've had a public break up and a bitter divorce battle...

And we bet Pete is wishing that he had never got Katie's name tattooed around his ring finger.

According to the Sun, the star has paid £240 to have the tat lasered off and was pictured in Brighton with a plaster around his finger.

A source close to Pete said: “He did this for himself. Pete didn't really want it known, so he didn't make a song and dance about it.”

Please tell us he's not worried about what Katie will say?

“But Katie was bound to find out eventually and he knows she'll be annoyed.”

Why should Katie be annoyed? The ink wasn't even dry on the divorce papers when Katie got her tattoo of Pete removed.
