Gorgeous Harry Potter star, Emma Watson, has split from her boyfriend, financier Jay Barrymore after two years together.

According to the Daily Mail, friends of the 19-year-old have said  she is spending more time with fellow student and Spanish musician, Rafael Cebrian, since she ended her relationship.

“Emma and Jay were in trouble for months and with Emma at Brown University in America, the transatlantic gap proved too much for their relationship to survive” says a friend.

"Emma has been spending a lot of time with Rafael and they are virtually inseparable.

Rafael has even persuaded Emma to act in a Brown student production of Chekhov's Three Sisters.

“Rafael belongs to the Production Workshop, a student-run theatre group at Brown” says the Mail's source.

“He's been acting with them since he moved to the US, and he has got Emma involved.

“This is a new experience for Emma and she's a little nervous about her performance, but the play has already sold out. She's hoping it will be a critical success.”

Looks like Emma may have found a man closer in age and with more similar interests. Good on her!
